Ember Body Jewelry
"Are your pieces safe to wear for initial piercings?
Yes! All of our designs are cast in Solid 14K Gold and have a Steel pin, which are free of Lead and Nickel. Additionally, we only use non-toxic polishing compounds and ensure a thorough steam cleaning prior to shipping. If you are interested in metal certificates click here.
Does Ember follow any material standards?
Yes; we are complaint with APP's quality and safety standards.
Are the pins soldered or welded into place?
For the strongest pin and connection, we use steel pins which are work hardened and countersunk into place, then soldered.
Do you offer customization of your jewelry?
At this time we do not offer customization to our pieces, but are always open to suggestions for upcoming designs! If you would like to possibly create a design with us; you can share your sketches to info@emberbodyjewelry.com
Is your White Gold Rhodium Plated?
White gold on its own has a soft champagne hue to it. To make our pieces as white of a tone as possible, we rhodium plate all our white gold jewelry (which is basically industry standard at this point).
Where is Ember Jewelry made?
Although we are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, we proudly produce our jewelry in collaboration with a team of jewelers located in Hong Kong. All of our design, quality control, and fulfillment processes take place in Nevada, USA"
